This is a Cam-Jam BP-8 Compatible Tripod Adapter. It can be used with the included 120mm QR plate as a quick Steadi-on-sticks solution, or it can be used without for docking a Steadicam dovetail onto a remote head or even onto a BP-8 or similar Arri Bridgeplate when used with the “Railway” Cam-Jam plate. This is by far the stiffest, strongest tripod adapter plate I’ve ever tried, and it is field adjustable to account for differences in plate width tolerances.
