This is a Janice Arthur made Practice Weight Cage. It weighs 19.8 lb, and is composed of a 15 lb plate, a 2 lb plate, and 9” vertical rods. It includes various screws and mounting hardware, and is ready for use letting you practice! Even with the very light plate on top, it still serves to make the center of gravity closer to a real camera, and gives you a nice place to mount battery plates, transmitters, and more.
